On holiday at Bembridge and found we had mice in our chalet. Holiday Park called out Five Star Pest Control who came in the afternoon to sort the problem. A very helpful and knowledgeable man came and baited the chalet. He explained how the bait worked and would be back next week to check. Many thanks Five Star Pest Control.

We understand that pest issues can be distressing, and that a fast response is often needed. As soon as your call is placed we will agree an attendance time. For emergencies, we can usually offer a same day response.
Yes. All our team members are highly trained and will implement a treatment plan that takes into account the presence of pets or other non-target species. We will discuss this with you prior to commencing treatment.
Wasp nests are treated by pumping an insecticidal dust directly into the nest using a specialist applicator. Treatments can usually be carried out from ground level using a telescopic applicator (although sometimes we will need to gain access to loft spaces).
Pest are living creatures and can behave in unpredictable ways, and so it can be difficult to give exact time scales for eradication. However, the following is a rough guide –
Wasp nests should quieten within 24 hours of treatment and no further insects should be seen after 5-6 days.
Rodent treatments are usually carried out by completing 3 visits at 7-10 day intervals. Eradication can normally be expected by the third visit.
Bedbug treatments are carried out by carrying out three visits at approximately 2 week intervals. Insect numbers should drop quickly but full eradication can take some weeks to achieve.
